1. 150 Gram Chana Dal

Cooking :
First put the Chana dal in water and leave it for 4-5 hours. Make the ginger garlic paste along with 2 green chili. Grind the chana dal in grinder mixing one tea spoon ginger garlic paste , half tea spoon haldi powder, half tea spoon red chili powder and half tea spoon salt also put little water so that dal will grind well. After grinding make mall cubes of the chana dal pest and fry them in medium flame . Now Dal Vada is Ready. Cut the onion and tomato in very small pcs. Put the Kadai / Pan in gas with slow flame. Put Quarter cup mustard oil . After the oil is completely hit put small pcs of green chili then small pcs of onion. Wait some time till the onions are brown put half tea spoon haldi and half tea spoon red chili powder and salt as per the taste after 10 second put Ginger Garlic Paste and mix them and cover the Kadai / Pan for 2 Minutes. Then put small pcs of tomato and mix them well and cover the Kadai / pan. In every one minute uncover the kadai / pan and mix the masala for 10 minutes if required put little little water every time. Now put One cup of water in the masala and again cover the kadai / pan. After the water boiled with masala put the Dal vada and mix them well with masala and cover the Kadai / Pan for 3-4 minutes..

Cooking :
Cut the Potato in to small pcs as shown in the Pic. Cut the Garlic to very small pcs. In a Container put One cup Besan and Half cup water . Cut the Marisa saag / Lal Saag in small pcs as shown in the Pics and wash them well and also cut the Potato in small long pcs as shown in the Pic. Cut the Onion and garlic in pcs as shown in the Pic. Put the Kadai / Pan in gas with slow flame. Put Quarter cup mustard oil . After the oil is completely hit put the badhi in the oil and put little salt and fry them well till it turns to Brown color. Them remove the badhi from the kadai / pan and keep it in a plate. Now put 2-3 pcs whole green chili in the Kadai / pan in the remaining hot oils ,then put pcs of Onion and Garlic. Wait some time till the Onion ,Garlic and Green chili are brown put half tea spoon haldi and half tea spoon red chili powder and salt as per the taste. Mix them well and put the cut potato and mix them. Shallow fry the potato for 5 minutes and then put the Mirisha saag / lal Saag in the kadai / Pan and mix them well and cover the Kadai / pan. In Every 2 minutes uncover the Kadai / Pan and mix the saga , do it 4-5 times. If required put little water. Make the small pcs of fried badhi and put the same in saga cooked in kadai / Pan. Leave for one minutes so that the saga will be completely dry.
